The deliverable

What comes in the brief.

Every brief contains public evidence, source labels, exact recommended fixes, competitor context when inspectable, and a prioritized 30-day sequence.

Listing copy
Exact store-surface fixes
Subtitle, short description, first long-description paragraph, pricing/pro table, support FAQ, or release-note changes.
Review friction
Reply templates
Public review themes become support-safe reply templates and escalation language without reviewer identity guesses.
Competitors
Positioning map
Compare public store positioning against a compact competitor set to amplify stronger claims and remove weak ones.
Cross-store gap
Apple vs Google Play
Where trust signals are stronger, weaker, or inconsistent. If evidence is thin, the report says so.
30-day plan
Action sequence
Listing edits, reply backlog, release-note cleanup, source refresh, and follow-up checks.
Boundaries
Source-confidence labels
No private analytics, App Store Connect, Play Console, paid scraping, or outcome guarantees by default.
Proof

See the brief before ordering.

Anonymized public-evidence samples show scorecards, source boundaries, exact fixes, and no-guarantee ASO diagnostics.

Sample
Anonymized grocery app brief
Apple public rating, rating count, and review-theme clusters expose metadata, release-note, screenshot-order, and support-reply fixes.
Sample
Anonymized planner app brief
Apple trust signals plus Google Play review themes expose Pro-clarity, sync-support, snippet, and release-note priorities.

FAQ

Questions buyers ask before paying.

Do you need App Store Connect or Play Console access?

No for the initial brief. The first paid report uses public Apple App Store and Google Play evidence when feasible. Private account access is optional later for implementation workflows, not required to order.

What if the app is Apple-only or Android-only?

We still inspect cross-store availability. If the other store has no useful public counterpart, too little evidence, or is intentionally out of scope, the brief states that boundary instead of pretending the evidence is complete.

What is the delivery promise?

Standard delivery target is three business days after clean intake and payment. Pilot delivery target is five business days if feedback-call scheduling is included.

What is refundable?

If RL Audits cannot produce a useful source-backed brief because public evidence is unavailable or too thin, the order is refunded or converted into a different target before work starts.
